A comprehensive risk assessment, detailed programme review, and extensive cost & cashflow analysis, delivered within five business days following receipt of all required information from the borrower.
Interim
Reports
Following the Initial Due Diligence Report and loan completion, our monitoring reports are delivered within two business days of our site visit, providing a status update on all development workstreams.
Progress
Reports
Available for lower-risk projects, typically where the Development Loan Value is below £500k and is either pre-agreed or fully completed. The report is delivered within two business days following receipt of all required information.

Auditing
A rigorous audit of reports prepared by third-party Project Monitoring Surveyors, designed to ensure all risks are meticulously identified on behalf of the lender. This service is delivered with a 24-hour turnaround.
