Inital
Reports
A full development appraisal providing a comprehensive analysis of costs, programme of works, cashflow forecasts, planning approvals, regulatory requirements, professional appointments, developer experience, and procurement routes.
Interim
Reports
Once financing is secured, we provide Interim Monitoring Reports to keep the Lender informed of development progress. Following a thorough site inspection, we cross-reference current activity against the approved programme, cashflow forecasts, and consented plans. These reports update all key elements from the Initial Due Diligence and include payment certification based on a valuation of works completed to date.
Progress
Reports
For lower-risk investments supported by the Lender's own initial due diligence, our Progress Reports maintain rigorous oversight of active developments. We evaluate performance against the approved programme, cashflow, and planning approvals to ensure total alignment. Following a site inspection, we certify payments based on works completed and verify that the remaining development funds are sufficient to deliver the project in full.

A rigorous audit of reports prepared by third-party Project Monitoring Surveyors, designed to ensure all risks are meticulously identified on behalf of the lender. This service is delivered with a 24-hour turnaround.
